These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://inferacleaning.com/ (the “Site”) and any cleaning services provided by Infera Cleaning (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, booking services, or allowing our cleaners onto your property, you agree to these Terms.


1. Services

Infera Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified, rescheduled, or refused at our discretion for safety, legal, or operational reasons.


2. Booking & Access

  • Accurate information must be provided at the time of booking.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to the property.

  • If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation.


3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are based on the information provided at booking and may change if job conditions differ.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We reserve the right to charge a card on file for unpaid balances.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged a fee.

  • Same-day cancellations, lockouts, or denied entry may be charged up to 100% of the service cost.

  • Cancellations due to contagious illness in the home will not incur a fee.


5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

  • We reserve the right to return and re-clean affected areas before issuing any refund.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.


6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Secure pets during service

  • Remove fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items

  • Notify us of hazards, infestations, biohazards, or unsafe conditions

We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear or pre-existing conditions.


7. Damages & Liability

  • Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the affected service.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


8. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous, including but not limited to:

  • Biohazards

  • Aggressive animals

  • Structural instability


9. Supplies & Equipment

Unless otherwise agreed, Infera Cleaning provides standard cleaning supplies and equipment. Clients must notify us in advance of any special product requirements or sensitivities.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, logos, and images, is the property of Infera Cleaning and may not be copied or used without written permission.


11. Third-Party Services & Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.


12. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel appointments at our discretion, including for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or violations of these Terms.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.


14. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or services provided shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in class or representative actions.


15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
